a bite from an apple

so here it is, my little surprise! the guys at diego dalla palma and beauty at tesco challenged me to create some snow white inspired looks with their new palette, and i felt like doing something a little different. so i got resourceful; my main resource being that i had a celebrated beauty vlogger as my neighbour. what a difficult, arduous process it was finding help...the lovely rita lived next to me in my first year at uni, and she agreed to help me create some looks on video for you to try at home. the video is short and sweet (i don't think much on youtube warrants being over 5 minutes) and rita shows you how to get the looks really easily. vlogging is really new for me, so i'd genuinely love to hear what you think of the project, and whether i should try it again. the palette's been created to celebrate snow white and the huntsmen, and has everything from deep red lipstick to a mix of shimmery, subtle eyeshadows and a really good eyeliner (and i am quite the eyeliner connoisseur. i've been rocking black wings since i could hold a crayon, really) i'm pretty boring with makeup usually, but even i felt this look was wearable and fun, rather than scary!
